How to publish an App
Before you start building a public app, you need to be approved as an Aircall Technology Partner. This ensures every app in our marketplace meets the quality and reliability standards our customers expect.
Here is an overview of the process and main milestones:

Why build on Aircall
Publishing your integration on the Aircall App Marketplace gives your product direct exposure to thousands of Aircall customers actively looking to connect their tools.
- Discoverability — your app is listed in the Aircall marketplace and surfaced to customers during their setup flow
- Credibility — signals to customers that your integration is reviewed, maintained, and reliable
- Growth — partners consistently report growth driven directly through the Aircall App Marketplace and the Technology Partner
- Program Support — access to Aircall's partner team for co-marketing, technical guidance, and early access to new API features
You can learn more about the full program on the Technology Partner Program page.
Requirements
To be eligible for the Technology Partner program, your product must meet the following criteria
- Finished product — you must have a live, established product with a company website we can visit
- Existing customers — you must have an active customer base using your product
Meeting these requirements doesn't guarantee approval. We aim to keep an open and diverse ecosystem but reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion. Submit an application for full confirmation.
How to apply
If you meet the requirements above, fill in the partner application form. We'll review your application and get back to you within 5 business days. If you are approved, you'll receive instructions to move on to the Build & Launch phase, where we'll set up your developer account, OAuth credentials, and everything else you need to start building.
Meanwhile, we recommend starting to Plan your integration (See next steps below) while your application is under review — that way you're ready to move fast once approved.
